Even though we didnt need a repair, it was an electrical problem, the technician was very informative and very nice.

CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher leaking CAUSE: Found dishwasher drain extension hose kinked and torn apart. CORRECTION: cut end of extension drain hose and attached to factory drain hose and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks present upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer is not heating. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer for proper voltage from the wall to the cord terminal block, voltage normal. Inspected voltage from terminal block to dryer control assembly, voltage normal. Inspected continuity on all thermal safety thermostats, all thermal safeties are normal. Inspected continuity at heater element, found dryer heating element failed. CORRECTION: Replaced dryer heating element and tested. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Dryer is making a loud noise when tumbling. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected dryer barrel operation, operation normal. Inspected blower wheel for restrictions, no restrictions in or around blower wheel. Found dryer drum support rollers failed. CORRECTION: Replaced rollers, belt, and idler pulley. Operation now normal
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested the dishwasher for proper voltage to the dishwasher terminal junction box. Voltage to junction box is normal. Tested voltage from the junction box to the main control board, voltage test normal. Tested voltage from the dishwasher main control board out to water valve and dishwasher float. Found no power going through the dishwasher main control board. CORRECTION: Replaced dishwasher main control board and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not heating DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested for proper voltage from wall outlet to terminal block Voltage good. Tested voltage from terminal block to control, voltage good. Tested voltage from control to ignitor, voltage good. Found oven ignitor has electrical short due to warped oven deflector CORRECTION: Replaced ignitor and new updated oven deflector. tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports dryer drum not turning. CAUSE: Found dryer drive motor pulley damaged due to seized idler pulley. CORRECTION: replaced drive motor pulley , idler pulley, and belt and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports microwave door handle is broken. CORRECTION: Disassemble microwave door and replaced microwave door handle (aftermarket part) and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports cooktop burners are not working properly CAUSE: Found cooktop RF gas port clogged with debris. CORRECTION: cleared port and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher has water in bottom of machine when cycle is complete. CAUSE: Found dishwasher drain line installed incorrectly (NO HIGH LOOP). CORRECTION: Re-installed dishwasher drain line correctly and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator door is not sealing properly. CAUSE: Found refrigerator door gasket failed. CORRECTION: Replaced door gasket and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected wall outlet for voltage output, voltage output to washer normal at the time of inspection. Inspect voltage to control, voltage to control was normal at the time of inspection. Inspected signal from control to washer shift actuator, found washer shift actuator failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer shift actuator and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not working properly. CAUSE: Found washer suspension rods have failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer suspension rods and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports R/F Cooktop burner is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspect wall output voltage for 240 volts, voltage is normal. Inspected supply line and terminal block for failures, supply line and terminal block are normal. Inspected input voltage to the control board, voltage is normal. Inspected control board output voltage to the infinite switch, output voltage to the infinite switch is normal. inspected output voltage from infinite switch to the L/F burner. No voltage coming out of the R/F infinite switch. Found R/F infinite switch failed. CORRECTION: Replaced R/F infinite switch and tested. Operation is now normal. CONCERN: customer disassembled oven door and unable to put back together. CORRECTION: reassembly oven door
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator ice maker inoperative CAUSE: Found ice maker filler tube frozen CORRECTION: cleared line and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. Customer requested water filter replaced
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is leaking. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines to the dishwasher, supply lines are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected dishwasher water valve for leaks, dishwasher water valve is normal. Filled dishwasher with water to inspect for leaks, found dishwasher door gasket failed. CORRECTION: Replaced door gasket and tested for leaks. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
